Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection regulations (Data Protection Act, FADP), every person is entitled to the protection of their privacy and to protection against the misuse of their personal data. In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we make every effort to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.
